We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and other attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room service and housekeeping were exceptional, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We also loved the variety of amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. the hotel provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience that exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is a great choice for a budget, friendly family getaway! It offers free internal parking and complimentary Wi, Fi. Its central location is convenient , with plenty of cafes and restaurants to try nearby. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well, equipped with modern facilities and amenities. the hotel has an excellent breakfast and a friendly, attentive team. All this makes it a fantastic choice for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
The hotel could improve in checking, in procedures to ensure the safety of all guests.

The hotel had a nice and safe environment for families; the free internal parking and Wi-Fi were a plus. the location was great for us as there were several nearby restaurants to choose from.
The check-in process took longer than expected, and the staff could be stricter with the procedures for safety reasons. the hotel seemed to be old and in need of renovation, especially in terms of windows and some walls' repainting.

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center which was great for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, they were always there when needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice too.
The hotel needs some refurbishing, the furniture looks old and worn out. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the noise was just unbearable.
